Lynch's Vehicle Involved In Hit And Run

Lynch's Car Involved In Hit And Run? WGRZ-TV in Buffalo is reporting that a car registered to Marshawn Lynch was allegedly involved in a hit and run incident at 3:30am Saturday morning at the corner of Delaware and Chippewa Streets in Buffalo. This is an area that contains a lot of night life and bars near downtown. The woman that was struck, according to reports, stayed down on the ground for 15 minutes before getting up and walking to an ambulance under her own power. A police spokesman told the TV station that they are actively investigating the incident but it is unknown at this time if Lynch was driving the car or even in it at the time of the incident. The Bills have declined to comment at this time but say Lynch's attorney will address the situation when he returns to town.

2nd Week Over: The 2nd week of the OTAs are now over and the team comes back for three days of workouts next week starting on Tuesday. Dick Jauron thought the week went pretty well. There was rust coming off the memorial day weekend especially offensively. That side of the ball improved drastically yesterday. The coach is encouraged by the health of the team. The players that aren't working out fully are all on pace to return for training camp or sooner. For the 2nd straight week the coach wouldn't comment on Jason Peters, just saying that they would like him there but it is voluntary.

Evans Back: Lee Evans is back today working out with his teammates after missing the last two days of workouts. He has been limited with his shoulder injury and not participating in full workouts. Mike Viti was among the missing this morning as he was injured yesterday. Also not in attendance today are: Jason Peters, Aaron Schobel, Roscoe Parrish, Angelo Crowell, and Kawika Mitchell. The former Giant LB is picking up his Super Bowl ring today.

Viti, Massaquoi Banged Up Yesterday: Free agent FB Mike Viti and TE Tim Massaquoi both left yesterday's workout early after getting banged up. Viti went down with an apparent lower left leg injury according to the team's website after he had his leg rolled up on. Tim Massaquoi left with an undisclosed injury. Spencer Johnson did not practice for a second straight day despite being in attendance. Robert Royal and Melvin Fowler also remain out recovering from their offseason surgeries. Injury Page.

Week 2 Underway: The second week of organized team activities got underway today with a rare afternoon workout. Not in attendance today were J.P. Losman, Lee Evans, Jason Peters, Roscoe Parrish, and Aaron Schobel. The lighter attendance is not unusual on the day after a holiday weekend. Losman is due back in a day or two from his out of town commitments that had him miss most of the first week as well.
