LB Luke Kuechly - Boston College Everyone is talking about the need at offensive tackle, cornerback, and wide receiver but the linebacker corps has struggled as well in recent years. Kuechly is an inside linebacker who plays the pass like an outside guy. He could come in handy against the great tight end duo of the Patriots. He is also a tackling machine and could be a solid player for years to come. The Bills feel he can play all three linebacker spots and fits in well with the 4-3 defense. He may push Kelvin Sheppard to the bench or back outside. If Keuchly is gone the Bills may go to cornerback for this pick and look at Stephon Gilmore or Dre Kirkpatrick. |

WR Brian Quick - Appalachian St. The Bills need a speedy receiver and Quick is everything that his name says he is. Has good ball skills and is a great leaper to go along with ideal size for the position as he is 6'3". I do think if WR Rueben Randle is there at this pick they will likely pick him over Quick but I don't think it will shake out that way. The team can always go with a tackle. Mike Adams may be there still but he is coming off a marijuana arrest. |

OT James Brown - Troy A very good value pick at a position of big need at this spot. Brown has a big frame and a big wingspan that makes him a good candidate to develop into a solid starter protecting Fitzpatrick's blindside. Florida State OT Zebrie Sanders is possible. |

QB Kellen Moore - Boise St. The Bills are expected to draft a developmental quarterback on day three of the draft and with two picks in the 4th round this is a good place for one. He is a southpaw with good football instincts and very good touch on his passes. If they don't pick a QB here look for them to finally hit the defensive secondary for a pick maybe Florida State's Mike Harris is still on the board. |

CB Keith Tandy - West Virginia If they don't take a corner earlier they should take one here. The depth is very good at the position and they are expected to take one or two by the middle rounds. Tandy is a low risk prospect who can help on special teams right away and develop into a nice zone coverage corner. |

OT Markus Zusevics - Iowa The Bills are expected to take two tackles since they only have three on their roster. Zusevics would be a nice value pick in the fifth round if he's available. Is a little undersized but has good footwork and could be a backup fairly quickly. |

DE Jack Crawfored - Penn St. Can develop behind the Bills stellar defensive line. He is a quick learner who has great size and moves well. |

TE Ladarius Green - Louisiana-Lafayette A small school developmental receiving tight end who could develop to be an extra receiver. |
