Policy Changes At Stadium: The Bills announced two changes to the fan behavior policy for gamedays at Ralph Wilson Stadium. The parking lots will now open four hours before kickoff instead of five hours before the game like they had been doing for the past few years. There also will be no smoking inside the stadium gates. If someone wants to smoke they must leave the facility. The team has a no re-entry policy so if someone leaves to smoke they will not be allowed back in to the stadium. CEO Russ Brandon released a statement saying, "We have listened to the vast majority of our fans who want to enjoy the game day experience in a smoke-free facility and we wanted to notify all of our fans well in advance of our first home game of this change in our Fan Behavior Policy.
