Money In The Budget: New York Governor Andrew Cuomo unveiled his budget today and there are millions of dollars in it to help keep the Bills in Western New York. A specific amount of money was not disclosed but they would be part of a $84 Million fund that is to be shared by several economic development interests. The team is finishing up a report from an outside architecture firm that will decide how much is needed in improvements to Ralph Wilson Stadium. It's estimated that the team needs more than $100 Million to improve the stadium in part of new lease talks. The current lease expires in July of 2013.
