His wife was in Buffalo for an event on Friday. Wilson has attended one game over the past two years due to health reasons.

Bills Wrap Up Pre Draft Visits: The Bills wrapped up their 30 allocated pre draft visits with three players coming to Orchard Park today. Arkansas QB Tyler Wilson, Harvard FB Kyle Juszczyk and SMU LB Ja’Gared Davis were the final visitors. Wilson was the 9th QB to come to town as nearly a third of the visitors were at that position.
Bills Claim LB Off Waivers: The Bills added a player before the draft by claiming LB Marcus Dowtin off of waivers from the Eagles. He was released yesterday. He was on Philadelphia's practice squad late last season and they kept his rights by signing him to a reserve/futures contract. Mike Pettine is familiar with Dowtin as the Jets signed him as an undrafted free agent last summer and spent time on their practice squad as well. He was activated for three games with the Jets and had two tackles. Front Office Page.
4 More Visitors Yesterday: The Bills hosted four more pre draft visitors yesterday bringing the total to 27 players who have been at One Bills Drive. That leaves them with just three visitors left before the draft as they are allowed 30 pre draft visits. Yesterday a pair came from Tennesee, QB Tyler Bray and WR Cordarrelle Patterson. Rice TE Vance McDonald and S Phillip Thomas from Fresno State also visited.

Barkley Leads List Of Visitors Yesterday: The Bills hosted four more pre draft visitors yesterday bringing the total to 23 players who have been at One Bills Drive. That leaves them with seven visitors left before the draft. Leading yesterdays group was QB Matt Barkley. Also visiting were Oregon LB Dion Jordan, Georgia LB Alec Ogletree and Tennessee Tech WR Da’Rick Rogers. Barkley was the 7th quarterback in for a visit. Buddy Nix has a history of drafting players they bring in for a pre draft visit. If that is any indication they may not be looking at an offensive lineman early since they have not brought in any of them. 5 wide receivers, 5 linebackers, and 4 safeties have also been in along with a tight end and defensive end.

Kolb's Contract Numbers: When the news of the signing of Kevin Kolb broke some people were upset that the deal was worth up to $13 Million over two years. More than half of that number is on incentives, most of which is tied to playing time. The details are out and the deal is really worth $6.1 Million over two years with just $1 Million guaranteed with a signing bonus. This is less money than they reportedly offered Ryan Fitzpatrick in a contract restructuring before his release. That contract seemingly proves that the Bills aren't sold on Kolb being the default starter and makes drafting a rookie high in the draft even more probable than it was before. Contract Details.
Two More Pre Draft Visits: The Bills now have brought in 19 players for pre draft visits. They are allowed 30 visits. Yesterday QB Matt Scott from Arizona was in town. He is considered a good read option quarterback but is very raw. He likely is a mid to late round draft pick who thinks the Bills are very interested in him. Tennessee WR Zach Rogers was alos in town. Matt Barkley is expected in for a visit this week.
Moore To Bears: The Bills have lost another free agent as Kyle Moore has signed with the Bears. He played very well late last year as a pass rusher for the Bills. He obviously was not in Doug Marrone and Mike Pettine's plans for Buffalo's defense.

More Pre Draft Visits: The Bills hosted three more players at One Bills Drive yesterday bringing the total of pre draft visits to 17, they are allowed to have up to 30 players come in. On Monday, LSU LB Barkevious Mingo, Tennessee WR Justin Hunter and Washington State QB Jeff Tuel were in town. Hunter is a tall, speedy outside receiver which are attributes the Bills covet. Tuel is likely a late round draft pick but has been getting more buzz lately. Mingo looks to be a first round pick to play outside linebacker.

Kolb Introduced: The Bills introduced Kevin Kolb to the media this afternoon and he said he always heard good things about the organization and it is even better than that. He is very impressed with the way they have handled themselves. The deal was finalized over a week ago but he couldn't get back to Buffalo until today. He had a good repore with the offensive coaching staff. He saw the same vision they did and even though he is a long way from home it is all about football and he feels this is the best opportunity for him to win. He feels some of the unique stuff they will do on offense plays to his strength. He also loved the overall demeanor of the coaching staff and the small town atmosphere. He wants to be part of a team that wants to develop and always progress. He knows he can play at this level but he knows he has to stay healthy. He played 50 straight games in college and a lot of the injury stuff is out of his hands. He said he is here to win a Super Bowl and will not shy away from a competition. Kolb likes the fact that the organization is hungry and that the coach came from the college ranks. He said it will be nice to come out and surprise some people.
Kolb Signing Is Official: The Bills officially announced the signing of Kevin Kolb. The deal was reportedly finalized in a visit to One Bills Drive 10 days ago. Buddy Nix released a statement saying, "we wanted to add some veteran experience to the quarterback position on our roster and we think we’ve added a good one by signing Kevin. He’s a player we had targeted since he became a free agent and he should be a strong candidate in the competition for the starting quarterback position.”
Private Workout In Syracuse: The Bills continue to prepare for the draft and are looking in a place the coaching staff knows real well. The Bills held a private workout yesterday at Syracuse for QB Ryan Nassib, G/C Zack Chibane, WR Alec Lemon, WR Marcus Sales and TE David Stevens. Doug Marrone and Nathaniel Hackett should know everything their is to know about these players but apparently wanted to get another look along with Buddy Nix. The scouting staff has spent a lot of time in Syracuse preparing for the draft.
