The Bills get back to work after the bye and head to their home away from home this week. The Bills battle the struggling and banged up Redskins in Toronto. Buffalo is looking for their first regular season win of the Toronto series as they try to get back on track after losing two of their last three before the bye. Washington has lost two straight and desperately need a win but they lost a few key players to injuries last week in their loss to Carolina.

INJURY UPDATE

The Bills expect to get LB Chris Kelsay back this week. That is good news as Shawne Merriman has been placed on injured reserve ending his season with his Achilles injury. Demeterius Bell also remains sidelined with a shoudler injury. CB Aaron Williams remains out with a chest/collarbone injury. WR Donald Jones is still sidelined with an ankle injury. Kyle Williams is out with a foot injury.

The Redskins got really banged up in their loss to the Panthers. WR Santana Moss suffered a hand injury and will miss this week's game. RB Tim Hightower suffered a torn ACL against Carolina and is out for the year. LT Trent Williams missed last week's game with an ankle injury and likely will miss this week's game. TE Chris Cooley is sidelined with a finger injury. CB Byron Westbrook may return from a hamstring injury and LB London Fletcher suffered a hamstring injury against Carolina and may miss the first game of his career.

Check out our Bills Daily Injury Page throughout the week for the latest updates on the injured players.

KEY MATCHUPS

CB Drayton Florence vs. WR Jabar Gaffney:
With Moss sidelined, Gaffney becomes the number one wideout. Florence should be able to hold his own in this battle.

LB Nick Barnett vs. TE Fred Davis:
Cooley being sidelined won't hurt Washington too much as Davis is having a fantastic season leading the team in receptions and yards. Barnett has done a decent job in pass coverage going against tight ends this year. George Wilson will likely draw Davis at times as well.

LT Andy Levitre vs. OLB Brian Orakpo:
Levitre gets his first career start at tackle and gets a tough assignment as Orakpo has 4½ sacks on the season.

LG Kraig Urbik vs. Adam Carriker:
In the Redskins 3-4 Carriker has done a nice job getting to the QB. He is tied for the team lead in sacks and will likely draw Urbik on the inside as he tries to get to Ryan Fitzpatrick.

KEYS TO THE GAME

1. Stop the running game, make John Beck beat you.
2. Get C.J. Spiller open in space to make plays.
3. Give Levitre help to slow down Redskins pass rush.

BILLS DAILY PREDICTION

The Bills come in well rested while the Redskins come in very banged up after suffering a slew of injuries the past two weeks. Buffalo wants to rebound to show that the quick start to the season was no fluke. I'm more confident they win this week, than I have been all year:
Bills 34, Redskins 17

Season Prediction Record: (1-5)
Season Record Against The Spread: (2-4)
