The Seahawks may be without top WR Sidney Rice who is in a walking boot with a bruised foot and currently not practicing. CB Walter Thurmond left practice early on Wednesday with a hamstring injury. CB Marcus Trufant remains sidelined also with a hamstring injury, he has missed two games already.

KEY MATCHUPS

RB C.J. Spiller vs. LB Bobby Wagner:
Spiller is The Man for the rest of the season with Jackson out. If he doesn't get a minimum of 20 to 25 touches than Chan Gailey should not be allowed back in the country by the border patrol. Wagner leads the Seahawks in tackles.

KR/PR Leodis McKelvin vs. KR/PR Leon Washington:
Two the best return men in the league will be in this game. Washington has been doing it for years and is more dangerous returning kicks than punts with a 31.2 yard average per return. McKelvin is having a Pro Bowl type season. If one of them breaks a long one it can tilt the game in his team's favor.

DE Mario Williams vs. RT Breno Giacomini:
Super Mario is on a tear and needs it to continue so he can rattle the usually calm rookie QB Russell Wilson. Giacomini is a young player who has started the last year and a half for Seattle.

WR Stevie Johnson vs. CB Richard Sherman:
Johnson will lineup opposite the two year starter who leads the Seahawks with a whopping six interceptions. Ryan Fitzpatrick will need to be careful when looking for his top receiver.

KEYS TO THE GAME

1. Limit Beast Mode: Ex-Bill Marshawn Lynch has been carrying the load for Seattle for more than two years and beast mode has never been better. Lynch will be fired up to beat the team that drafted him and then traded him. If Lynch breaks a few runs the Bills chances at an upset are very slim.
2. Finish Strong: The biggest reason the Bills aren't in the playoff race is because they have struggled mightily to finish games this year. If they finished home games against St. Louis and Tennessee they would be in thick of the race. Seattle is a very good team so they will have to finish strong to pull off the upset.
3. Be Aggressive: The Bills have played not to lose thanks to very conservative coaching decisions by Gailey. They need to change their attitude and play like they have nothing to lose because they really have nothing to lose. If they are aggressive in their decision making and play calling they can win the game with proper execution.

BILLS DAILY PREDICTION

Everything seems to be falling apart for the Bills as the players have to be questioning their head coach in private since they are not doing it publicly. That is always trouble and what makes it worse is that this game is basically on a neutral field against a red hot team. All that adds up to the Bills clinching another losing season:
Seahawks 27, Bills 21

Season Prediction Record: (8-5)
Season Record Against The Spread: (6-7)
