Five Sit Out Today: Five players sat out of today's workouts in the voluntary offseason conditioning program because of various bumps and bruises. Roscoe Parrish, Josh Reed, Thaddaeus Washington, Donte Whitner, and Langston Walker all sat out at least a portion of the workout. Parrish has a tight quad while Whitner has a tight hamstring. Walker left early after banging a knee cap.
Tasker Honor Coming In Opener: It has been known for a month now that Steve Tasker will go on the Wall of Fame we now know when. Tasker will be honored during a halftime ceremony during the opener against Denver. Tasker picked the game himself since it works out with his CBS television analyst schedule. He will be the 24th member on the wall.
Levy Optimistic On Walker Front: Marv Levy told the media yesterday that he's optimistic something will get done that will place Darwin Walker in a Bills uniform. Levy confirmed that the Bills will get a 6th round pick in August if they don't come to a deal but they hope that alternative plan won't happen. Discussions with his agent are continuing.
Peters Missing: There was buzz around the Bills OTAs yesterday when Aaron Schobel arrived in camp. He's excited to be back and is excited that the team gave Chris Kelsay a new deal. On the other side of the coin, Jason Peters was absent yesterday. WR Johnny Quinn and CB Reggie Lewis were back on the field after missing action last week with injuries. K/P Chris Jackson also was back after finishing up his college baseball season last week. WR Scott Mayle remains out as he is finishing his final exam schedule. As expected Darwin Walker is also staying away because of his contract dispute. Injury Page

Schobel Arrives: The Bills were back on the field this afternoon kicking off week two of the three week voluntary organized team activities. Aaron Schobel was back on the field as well after missing last week's workouts. He was one of two veterans not on the field in week one prompting speculation that he was unhappy with his contract since Chris Kelsay signed for more money in the offseason then the Pro Bowler is making.

OTA's To Resume: The Bills are getting ready to set up their 2nd week of organized team activities after the Memorial Day holiday weekend. The team will continue to install the offensive and defensive schemes as they had close to 100% attendance in the first week of the OTAs.
