Training Camp Schedule Released
More Games In Toronto On Hold: It appeared a couple of months ago that the Bills playing more regular season games in Toronto as early as next year was a foregone conclusion. Ralph Wilson said otherwise when he spoke to the Associated Press today. He said he'd like to wait two or three years to see if the Toronto series experiment was successful before looking to rework the contract. The original deal was a five year deal that is entering its sescond season. It includes one regular season game each year and a preseason game every other year.

Individual Game Ticket News: The Bills announced yesterday that they will begin to sell individual game tickets to the general public on Saturday July 18th at 9am. On Friday the 17th at 9am they will have a pre-sale event for members of any Bills Backers organization. There are only a few thousand tickets left for the Miami game. There are plenty of tickets available for the final two Ralph Wilson Stadium games against New England and Indianapolis. The other four regular season home games are soldout unless you buy season tickets.

Camp Schedule Released: The Bills have released the full training camp schedule. As we reported a couple of weeks ago there are seven night practices and camp starts with two straight two-a-days on July 25th and 26th. They are the only two double practice days. Camp wraps up, as previously reported, on August 19th. The players have a day off on Sunday August 2nd. Most single practices are in the afternoon with the exception of the night workouts. The afternoon sessions will likely include a morning walk through. Each practice session lasts approximately two hours.

Season Ticket Sales Soar: The Bills have now sold just over 53,000 season tickets according to an article in the Buffalo News. They are on pace to top out over 55,000 season tickets which would be the third highest ever. This is an unbelievable show of support and loyalty for a team that has not made the playoffs in nine seasons. Team officials believe they have a chance to match last year's total of 56,011. The highest total was in 1992 when 57,132 season tickets were sold. This shows the marketing expertise Russ Brandon has. With four regular season games already soldout the team has only about 3,000 left for the Miami game as they look to sellout the season before it begins. The team is having less success in selling luxury suites. There are almost 1,000 club seats left to go along with 12 to 15 luxury boxes that remain open. Season ticket sales have seen a noticeable jump from Southern Ontario the last two seasons.
