Gameday Grades: A lot of people will blame the refs for the loss since they did have a bad game and all calls went the Bengals way. There were many missed holding plays and the controversial reviews. They didn't cost the Bills the game though. The defense was terrible down the stretch and the offense struggled mightily and that will come out in the position by position report card. Gameday Grades.
Bills Lose To Bengals : You live by the comeback, you die by the comeback. Mike Nugent hit a 43 yard field goal as time expired to lift the Bengals to a 23-20 upset win over the Bills giving Buffalo their first loss of the season. This game was the opposite of the last two as the Bills opened up a 17-3 lead at the half before the Bengals roared back after halftime. The Bills gained the lead on a Bryan Scott interception return for a score and a Fred Jackson one yard touchdown run. The Bengals took control in the second half and closed the gap on a 17 yards touchdown pass from Andy Dalton to Jermaine Gresham. They tied the game with 4:09 to go on a Dalton QB keeper. Three pivotal replay reviews went against the Bills and deflated them at key points in the game. Bills Blitz.
Bell Hurt: Demetrius Bell hurt his right shoulder in the fourth quarter and did not return. Marcell Dareus left the game in the 2nd quarter after hurting his elbow but put a brace on it and returned to the game. Gameday Inactives: Terrence McGee, Kraig Urbik, Aaron Williams, and Chris White are inactive with injuries. The healthy inactives are: Sam Young, Terrence Wheatley, and Kellen Heard. Urbik Upgraded: Kraig Urbik practiced on Friday and has been upgraded to doubtful although Chan Gailey ruled him out yesterday. It is unlikely that has changed. Terrence McGee, Aaron Williams, and Chris White were the only three not practicing today and have been ruled out. Injury Page.
Moats On The Move: The Bills human yo-yo was at it again, Arthur Moats has switched positions once again. During the open portion of today's practice Moats was getting reps back at outside linebacker. He was moved inside when the lockout ended but now is back at the position that he thrived in last year. Moats told WGR's Joe Buscaglia that he will do what they say and he doesn't really think about anymore. He has been told he will get some pass rushing opportunities on Sunday. Depth Chart.

Fitz Honored: The honors keep rolling in for the Bills. Ryan Fitzpatrick has been named the AFC Offensive Player of the Month for September. He is only the third Bills QB to ever win the award.
Training Camp Renewed: The Bills are holding a press conference today to announce a new deal to keep training camp at St. Johns Fisher College. The only hold up had been reconfiguring the fields so they will have a 100 yard grass field. That was taken away this past year because of the construction of a new track and field stadium on the campus.
Bills Try To Avoid Trap Game: The Bills head to Cincinnati as a road favorite for the first time since 2008. They also will be defending the new longest winning streak against an opponent in the NFL right now. Since they beat the Patriots their 10 game winning streak against the Bengals is the longest current streak in the league. Who would have thought after three weeks we would worry about a trap game for the Bills? The potential is there but this team does seem focused. Game Preview.
