Seantrel Henderson is probable as he comes back from his illness but he took 2nd team reps the last two days and Ryan said he will likely split time with Jordan Mills at right tackle. Williams Injury Scary: Aaron Williams spoke to the media after returning to practice saying he was 50/50 on having to retire when he underwent surgery on his neck last month. The surgery was a success which has allowed him the opportunity to return to the field. He said he won't know if he has to retire until he gets into a game and takes a hit. He hopes to return this year but Rex Ryan has already ruled him out for this week and probably next week as well.
Aaron Williams Back: A couple of days after Rex Ryan sounded pessimistic about the return of Aaron Williams, he was cleared to practice and was back on the field with his teammates today. He is eligible to be activated off of the injured reserve/designated to return list for this week's game. It is unknown if he will be activated in time for the Eagles game. Karlos Williams, Ron Brooks, Stephon Gilmore, and Nigel Bradham remain sidelined as expected. Seantrel Hendrson was practicing for a second straight day but was working with the second unit as Jordan Mills was taking first team reps at right tackle next to the returning John Miller. Injury Page.
Steward To IR: The Bills have placed LB Tony Steward on injured reserve ending his season. He suffered a back injury in the win over Texans on Sunday. The team activated A.J. Tarpley from the practice squad. That opens up a spot on the squad. They filled two opening on the unit yesterday when they signed C Ronald Patrick and TE Marcel Jensen. Tarpley was playing ahead of Steward on the depth chart. before he was released two weeks ago and then added to the practice squad the next day.
Eagles Game Preview: The Bills head to the City of Brotherly Love for a battle with an Eagles squad who suddenly find themselves tied for first place in the woeful NFC East. Philadelphia is coming off a stunning victory in New England and the Bills gained confidence in beating Houston. Both teams need the win to help their playoff hopes. Complete Preview.
McCoy Fired Up: LeSean McCoy spoke to the Buffalo media yesterday and while saying he has nothing against Chip Kelly he seems to have a chip on his shoulder going into this game against his former team. McCoy was animated when saying he won't shake his former coach's hand since they aren't friends and have no relationship. His teammates say he's fired up for the game and is ready to go. Doug Whaley spoke on WGR and said if you have him on your fantasy team you should start him.

Practice Report: John Miller was a surprise return to the practice field today on a limited basis. He has been considered very doubtful for Sunday's game. Stephon Gilmore, Tony Steward, Ron Brooks, Karlos Williams, and Nigel Bradham were sidelined today. Brooks is in concussion protocol so his injury in the final minute against Houston was not a shoulder. Gilmore is very doubtful for Sunday's game. Bradham had hoped to practice today but he did work on the side with trainers. The team hopes Williams will be ready for Sunday but not practicing today may put a damper on those plans. Seantrel Henderson was back at practice and was full go. Chris Hogan, Kraig Urbik, and Charles Clay were limited with various bumps and bruises. Injury Page.

Nearly Perfect Win: The Bills finally put together as close to a perfect effort as they have all season in the win over the Houston Texans. Tony Bogyo takes a look at the near perfect win that has kept postseason hopes alive. Complete Story.
Roster Move Made: The Bills have released TE Matthew Mulligan and signed TE Nick O'Leary off of the practice squad. Speculation is that a couple of teams were looking to sign O'Leary and the Bills didn't want to lose their 6th round draft pick so they elevated him. Mulligan was a solid blocking tight end for the Bills and was a great decoy on the winning touchdown pass on Sunday. The move leaves two open spots on the practice squad. Front Office Page.

Injury Update: Rex Ryan addressed the media today and said the status of Stephon Gilmore, Ron Brooks, and Tony Steward will be updated as the week progresses. They are in wait and see mode with them. He did say the injury to Gilmore is not season ending but it did sound like he may miss some time. Ryan said he's lucky to have a starter in Leodis McKelvin ready to step in. The coach said Nigel Bradham will be doubtful at best this week and John Miller remains out. He does hope to have Seantrel Henderson and Karlos Williams back this week. Aaron Williams is still not ready to practice and won't be activated this week even though he's eligible to play on Sunday. Ryan said it's 50/50 that he plays again this year. The coach also said that Dan Carpenter will not be cut and pretty much confirmed that his twin brother Rob Ryan is in town.
